Kirstine Weaver
Certified Sexological Bodyworker
After many years of being conditioned to ignore the messages in her body, somatic work has been at the core of Kirstine’s journey in healing her own chronic illness.
Kirstine certified as a Sexological Bodyworker in 2022 and has continued her professional development with trainings such as Anchored - an IPHM accredited course in trauma-informed coaching - with Claire Rother; Dearmouring, with Rahi Chun; The Helix Method for Energy Psychology & Akashic Records Channelling with Louisa Havers. Kirstine’s current professional development includes Bioenergetics with Sacred Light Tantra and Life’s Poetry - a community programme exploring life through the lens of grief with Nicola Duffell.
Kirstine supports people of all genders to unravel the societal and familial imprints they have taken on, both in early life and in later relationships. She helps neurodivergent clients in understanding themselves more deeply, gaining clarity over what behaviour is trauma related and what should be considered normal for someone with high sensitivity.
Every client is different, and thus every session is different too. Working with Kirstine may include therapeutic touch, exploring consent and boundaries, body focusing and nondirective coaching. Sessions are co-created and client led, for greater autonomy.
